Scrapbooking Page Ideas - Sheep Scrapbook page
Sometimes keeping a scrapbooking page layout really simple can make it really pleasing on the eye. Don’t get me wrong, I love jazzing up a scrapbook page with as many scrapbooking embellishments and accessories as I can, but sometimes creating a page that is quite plain and simple can work just as well.
This scrapbook page has been created with that in mind. The background paper is a 12 x 12 scrapbook paper that has a grass pattern on it. This fits in with the theme of the sheep in the field perfectly as it sets the mood of a lazy day in a meadow.
The wording has been hand written, you may decide to do this by hand or alternatively you could use peel off scrapbook stickers, lettering, or even print the wording from a computer, to get the best look for your scrapbook quotes.
Writing down a few words about where the photos are from and what is happening is also known as ‘journaling’ it is a great way to keep a record of where and when the event took place and who or what is in the photo. The wording here has been written on some green card that has been cut to look like grass.
The word ‘EWE’ has also been cut from the same green card to match the rest of the scrapbook page. You can write this free hand or use a stencil if you prefer. You may want to consider using 3D foam to attach the wording to the paper as this will make it stand out and emphasis the words.
This scrapbooking page idea took no time at all to put together, however it still looks well thought out and professionally done. There are no scrapbooking embellishments to distract the viewers focus away from the photos and the journaling has been kept to a minimum, which in my opinion and for this type of page, is the right choice as it keeps things natural and simple.
