Making scrapbook page layouts is the best way to show off your pictures in a fun and interesting way. This scrapbook ideas layout consists of four photos, however if you wanted to add even more you could easily do so by using smaller photos.

You will need to select a sheet of 12×12 cardstock from your craft supplies. Here, I have used a bazzill bling card as it has a slightly sparkly, shiny appearance to it making it a bit more glitzy and pleasing to the eye.

You will then need to select a sheet of scrapbook paper that consists of large leaves as this is going to be used as part of the background.

Using a scalpel, carefully cut away some of the leaves so that you are left with a fan of leaves that appear to be growing from one corner of the page layout.

Place the leaves you have just cut out on top of the black cardstock. It is important that you do not stick the leaves down at this point as you are going to place photos behind them.

To stop the papers sliding about you can stick down the very corner of the plant.

Have a hunt through all the photos you may wish to use for this scrapbook page idea. Remember you will be cutting these photos so if you do not have a copy, now would be a good time to scan and print an extra set of the pictures, just in case you do make a mistake.

Cut your pictures to size and randomly position where they look best on the paper. Position the leaves so they cover some of the picture and look as if they are holding the photos in place.

Once you are happy with what you have, you can now secure the leaves and pictures in place with glue or double sided tape.

You will then need to find some animal print card for your scrapbook quotes. Here I have used three different print patterns, however if you do not have different types in your craft supplies you can use just one.

Attach your scrapbook quotes to the bottom corner of the page layout using double sided tape.

This scrapbook ideas simple design is very cheap to make as you will use very little from your craft supplies. If you have any animal themed embellishments you could also add these in the top left hand corner of the page, however, I personally believe when you have so many photos less is more.
