I have used tags, ribbon, brads and self adhesive parchment paper to decorate this scrapbook page layout

The tag was pre made. I have added 3d clear gloss and bent the paper once the gloss was dry to give it a cracked look

I printed various wedding words onto some self adhesive parchment paper. The paper was torn before adding to the corner of the scrapbook paper

An eyelet and some ribbon has been added to this tag and attached to the scrapbook paper using 3d foam

Using a floral piece of scrapbook paper I have attached the pictures directly to the page. The pictures have been cut into shapes

The flower has been cut from a spare matching sheet of scrapbook paper and glittered using glitter glue

The ribbon has rub ons added to it and has been fixed using a brad

The background for this floral scrapbook page has been created using different shades of purple scrapbook papers.

The tag has been hand written and attached using a brad

The flowers around the edge of the picture have been made using a paper punch.

This scrapbook page is made with matching papers and dome stickers

The dome stickers were bought from a craft store but you can easily make your own using ultra thick embossing powder or a 3d glaze

The photo corners are cut from corresponding scrapbook paper

The vellum has been torn and handwritten

  To learn how to emboss a stamped image you will need the following:-

-         A  rubber stamp

-         A heat gun

-         An ink pad

-         Embossing powder

-         Card

Begin by lightly tapping the ink onto the rubber stamp. It is always better to ink the stamp rather than take the stamp to the ink. Make sure the stamp is evenly inked.

Then press the rubber stamp firmly and steadily onto the card for a couple of seconds applying even pressure across the stamp.

 Pour the embossing powder over the stamped image. Don’t worry about how much you use as any excess powder can be used again. Just ensure the image is completely covered.

 Tap off the excess embossing powder. A good idea is too tap the excess embossing powder over a folded piece of card or scrap paper. This will make it easier to then pour the powder back into its original pot to store in your craft supplies.

 Then use a heat gun to gently heat the powder holding it a couple of inches away from your image. When using a heat gun always use in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.

 After a few seconds the powder will bubble and begin to rise. It will also turn from a matt texture to a gloss one.

How to emboss is a simple but very effective technique however if you have any problems feel free to ask any questions in the forum.

The 'splats' on this scrapbook page layout were hand drawn and cut out from various pieces of colored card. I have used peels offs for the date in the corner and the word 'messy' was cut from a sizzix side kick machine.

This scrapbook page has been made from an army 12 x 12 scrapbook paper. I have cut around the army print then placed it onto a tan sheet of scrapbook paper. The pictures have been mounted on the same papers. The words and symbols are rub ons

Some small brads have been added to the edge of the picture.

creating a winter scrapbook page is very easy because the colors are limited. Traditionally you will only use white and blue.

The picture has been mounted on two winter looking papers. The snowflakes were cut using a craft punch and the letters added using peel off marker pens.

Here i have added some snow fake brads to finnish off the scrapbook page

This scrapbook page is really simple. Because there are lots of people in the photo, over embellishing the page will take your eye away from the picture its self.

Placing the photo onto some card and cutting a frame really makes the picture the focal point

I have cut the words 'family' from the same card as the picture was mounted on

The torn vellum paper along the edge has been secured using heart shaped brads

This scrapbook page layout started off as a 8 x 8 page, by placing it on a sheet of 12 x 12 white card and adding the ribbon at the bottom it soon became a 12 x 12 scrapbook page layout.

The photo has been mounted onto white vellum and placed onto the floral scrapbook paper. Using vellum allows you to still see the patterned paper behind.

A large prima flower has been used to decorate the the corner of the picture. Choosing corresponding colors as well as a matching brad really makes the design come together.

 It is always a good idea to add some form of wording to scrapbook pages. Wether it be scrapbook quotes or your own journaling, adding a few words can really set the scene. Here I have used a vellum scrapbook quote and attached it to the page using brads
